"Laid back estate. Sunbird/apollo area is very calming and quiet. Except for the resident hornbills which you can see from your windows! With the east coast plan, I can definitely see more effort in making the surrounding areas more green. No amenities but doesn't matter- no one even uses the BBQ pit and it keeps the monthly maintenance low."

"Estate with no facilities or amenities pretentiously pretending to be something it is not. Both rude as well as obnoxious management and after a argument the management wanted to call the police saying it is harressment."
