"Quality of the workmanship can be poor (eg: walls have heat cracks, the ceiling that's near the aircon has leakages (according to repairman it's due to poor installation, rusty balcony doors). Considering this is a relatively new estate (5 years since MOP 2015), a lot of f maintenance is needed. Also, 3 units (facing the reservoir side) were broken into back in late 2019! As a buyer .. think twice why the pricing is relatively affordable for private housing."

"Love the landscape and wide variety of amenities nearby. Bedok reservoir is a 2min walkong distance away if I am in need of tranquility. Eagerly anticipating ucoming bedok north downtown line. "
