"Bishopsgate Residences is a low rise freehold condo development located at 1 Bishopsgate Singapore. Although I am a Singapore property agent by profession, I did not set time to visit Bishopsgate Residences until last week when the real estate agency that I am with was appointed as a marketing agency for the balance units that they have. This is a highly private and exclusive luxury development that only has 31 units. But these are spacious large-format units. It also has a limited number of townhouses that are eligible for purchase by foreigners. Developed by Kajima Overseas Asia, the estate has a very serene and homely feel that is hard to rival."
