"This project is close to nature reserve - MacRitchie Reservoir. Air quality is good. Close to 3 MRT station - (NS)Braddell, (CC)Caldecott and (CC)Marymount. Public transport is a few steps away from my block. Very convenient. "

"Braddell View sits on top of Braddell Hill with huge land size. There many blocks and because of the aged facades, this condo looks more like HDBs. No much amenities nearby, Braddell and Caldecott MRTs are within walking distance. The environment is good, quiet and breezy. Poor security, people can get in the residence area freely. The units are generally large with nice layouts."
