"Almost close to zero facility, there is only a miserable "koi pond" look alike swimming pool @ the entrance of the main gate. Only 1 car park lot per unit with no excess parking lot, visitors are to park illegally along the road outside the development or hunt for a public parking space near the development. The monthly maintenance and sinking fund is high for a close to zero facility apartment! The environment is serene as it is located on an elevated land but intimated by the 2 neighbouring projects, The Grandhill and Horizon Residences which are more decently equipped with condo facilities and security system. And these 2 projects enjoy better unblocked scenery and views due to their better geographical location comparing to D'Hillside Loft. Horizon Residence even has a back gate connecting to the main road which provides true walking distance to MRT station. Residents w/o car do not need to climb the steep slope up to their residential unlike D'Hillside Loft and The Grandhill. The project site of D'Hillside Loft is also less competitive comparing to the other 2 projects due to its tiny land size."
