"condominium complex with limited and outdated facilities. Simple playground, 2 swings and a small pool with gym. Not the best in terms of maintenance, but still ok."

"Units look much more dated than the age of the development will suggest, due to the funky colour scheme of the cabinets & cheap looking tiles supplied by the developer. Mediocre quality fittings. Good location but main road is noisy and dusty. And thumbs down to the developer for choosing a pretentious name that most locals can't pronounce properly (no it's not glo-ces-ter)"

"Quite a nice condo, a tiny bit old but with great location, good guards, and enough fascilities. Note that the GPS tend to navigate to the back door at keng lee road which isn't recommended, try to navigate to 10 Newton road instead. Not much of a signage, so maybe easily missed, it's basically the last apartment before the newton roundabout."
