"Fantastic condo at the prime district 10, within 200 meters from Stevens MRT and a short walk to Botanical Gardens. It is a location that is surrounded with the best schools in Singapore including Singapore Chinese Girls, ACS, Nanyang Primary, Nanyang Girls' High, Hwa Chong, Raffles Girls, Methodist Girls etc. A Gem that is standing next to Margoliouth, Dalvey Estate and White House GCB enclave. This is a property waiting for enbloc with huge upside potential. Only 28 units with majority are retired households sitting on a property waiting to be encased. Last highest enbloc offered in 2018/2019 was $5.0 Million per unit. "

"I've lived here my entire life and I love it! It's in such a convenient location and is in one of the most accessible spots. Stevens mrt is a 5 minute walk away, there's a bus stop right outside the building that takes you straight to botanical Gardens in less than two stops. It also takes you to the yellow line. Best place ever!"
