"New condo development that is in between Potong Pasir and Boon Keng MRT. Some units faces the river while some others face the expressway. Quite a good location with nice bus routes, but about 10 mins walk to either MRT if that bothers you. Have a nice PCN right beside the condo too"

"It's undergoing construction. Typical condo developed by a Malaysian dredging company. 117 units and a small swimming pool. Not sure what heritage they trying to showcase here. It's just beside a motorcycle agency."
