"Amenities: very near ntuc fair price 24 HOURS SUPERMATKET, Eatery Along KILINRY Road and petrol station. Nearest MRT is Somerset with River Valley station to be opened in 2017. Near CTE and connections to PIE and ECP and AYE. Furthermore close by to Singapore General Hospital. Close by to Jen Hotel and Mandarin Orchard Hotel. Also Centreppont, Orchard Central, Somerset 313 and Takashimaya. Others include Istana and Plaza Singapore. "
