Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. "This is a condominium for residential. Nice and quiet place to stay...not much amenities around. You definitely need a car if you planned to stay here otherwise you need to walk at least 10mins along the river to the bus stop in the Main road."

"This a free hold condo unit with 3 bedrooms , a big hall and a dinning area. This condo is suitable a small family of 4 just like my son. The place very quiet away from the noisy and traffic. A little inconvenience cos you need to walk a distance to the near by supermarket and food court. Take it as an exercise to walk down to Hoh market round the corner.Nice place stsy if you are one who likes quietness."
