"Estate grounds themselves are really lovely with lots of nature and space but management is awful. Neighbors have been littering into my garden for at least the last 2 years, and we have reported it. Bike was also stolen once despite being locked in basement carpark, but management has done nothing to help and guards can also be excessively aggressive even with residents sometimes."

"Nice condo environment resort alike with a lot of greenery. The condo is well maintain and it is very quiet, as they are very well spaced out. The swimming pool is clean as well. Up in the mountain there is another inginiti pool over look Bukit Timah Nature Park. It is a very nice condo with good facility."
