"Terrible place to live. Hugely overrated. Apartments are designed to be plush - TVs in bathroom mirrors, diamonds in the showers, massively overpriced kitchen equipment etc - but the overall design is just impractical. Balconies overlap so all the junk - debris, mud, rotten leaves - from the apartments above gets washed down. The balconies dont drain so there are damp issues in the walls. There arent any facilities in the building. A tiny pool which doesnt get the sun. An 'outdoor' gym riddled with mosquitoes and which cannot be used if its raining. When it is raining there is no shelter in any of the public areas so everywhere gets wet. The security desk looks like its a temporary shelter made from wood. There is no space from drop off / pick up as the drive is tiny. There is no outside seating, only a lot of wasted space with water features which are moldy / rusty. But the real issue with this place is that its in the middle of so much construction. Wedged between orchard and great world mrt developments plus condo developments all around the noise is constant and the dirt in the air is awful. Construction will not stop in the near future. There is a plot of land next to this which is to be developed and once orchard mrt is finished theres a huge plot left which will no doubt get built on. Would not recommend moving in here. It's already a tired building with stained walls, bobbling paint and looking worn. Massively overrated building. It's hardly surpising its more than half empty and people keep moving out, not in. Even if the prices drop, it's not worth the disturbance from the construction. There are better options elsewhere. The noise only gets worse the lower down you are too. And do you really want to be sat in your living room with construction workers outside when the new condo goes up Might be worth considering after 2022...."
