Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. "I stayed in this condominium for 4 years and loved the location, tranquility & greenery. Never had issues with mosquitoes or cockroaches so not sure why some posted negative comments. Holland Village MRT station is just like 100m from the condominium entrance. There are many good cafes, restaurants, banks, clinics, supermarkets, etc. nearby including Holland Village Food Centre. Botanic Garden & Orchard Road are 15 & 25 minutes bus ride away."

"Huge cockroach issue! Multiple theft cases. Intercom and tennis court has not been working for months. Pool was closed twice in the past few months. Squash court floor is broken for years. Kids and adults got serious cuts from broken facilities."

"Lived here for almost 3 years, facilities in the last year closed or not available. Tennis court not accessible for months now, pool being closed for the second time in the last 8 months, gym having 15 years old equipment, 1 treadmill available and not working. Time to leave this place!"

"Nice location, convenient, but the gym is very old and no maintenance. Management house is not helpful. There was a heavy construction in the condo during the lockdown and we could barely work as it was too noisy. The management did not help much."

"Ive been living in this condo for a year and a half now, its one of the very few small and old ones left in Singapore. My Husband and I were looking for one that isnt really like a maze so this was a suitable option for us. Swimming pool is big enough and its also equipped with a small gym and tennis court. The Guards are normally very nice and helpful, however the manager in charge is really never there, never picks up his phone or responds to any texts Nor emails. If youre looking for a fancy luxurious condo this isnt for you but if youre looking for something simple and quiet this is definitely a good option. Also, big plus that its located in Chip bee gardens"
