The North-East Region is the second largest and most densely populated of the five regions in Singapore, with Sengkang being its most populous town. Spanning 13,810ha, the North-East Region is mainly a residential region and housing estate largely comprised of HDB flats. In addition to a myriad of amenities including hospitals, parks, schools and transport options, the region is also home to a few tourist attractions such as Pulau Ubin and Coney Island. Seletar Aerospace Park, which comprises of several aviation manufacturing and research facilities by companies such Rolls-Royce and Singapore Technologies Aerospace, provide employment opportunities to residents both within and beyond the region. Sengkang General Hospital, a 1000-bed hospital, is the largest in the region and is built to further the government's efforts to provide quality and accessible healthcare to all Singaporeans.

"Super convenient place to live for transport, food and lifestyle. The Terrace is flanked by Kadaloor LRT (5 min ride to Punggol MRT Station) and the Punggol Park Connector along the waterway both at the doorstep of two back gate exits. Great for people who love jogging, cycling, strolls with family alongside a lively peaceful river. The Terrace is surrounded by 3 supermarkets Shengsiong (24 hours), NTUC Fairprice, and Ang Mo Supermarket. Lush landscaping, generously spacious common areas equipped with a number of multifunction rooms, a large manmade beach pool, sleek origami pool, steam room and karaoke room make it safe and enjoyable for families with children to hang out without feeling cramped. The Terrace is 100% a family friendly condo and more. The units are all adequately spacious, unlike most condominiums new on the market these days. The sprawling waterway PCN makes walking or cycling to Waterway Point, the trendy Punggol Container Park, Sengkang Riverside Park or Hougang an easy and fun daily or weekend activity. The security guards and friendly, always say hello, and helpful to any requests! It's easy to call them for any assistance from your phone at any time. "

"If able to rate 0 star i would...1 of the worst condo i been to. As a food panda delivery, with 2 carton of beer i was asked by guard to park next to entrance and carry items and walk all the way in to block 92 which was the last block right at the end......worst experience in my life"
