"Nice and quiet condo surrounded by greenery, walking distance to botanic gardens and Dempsey. Easy access for transport and to town area. Limited facilities, only a nice pool to relax in. All units come with private lift access."

"Although it looks quiet within the courtyard, make sure to visit also when the 'rain shower' is on. It is running for several hours in the afternoon and making an enormous noise. Impossible to relax and have a normal conversation next to the pool during those hours. The units around this area no doubt get a lot of noise in because windows aren't isolating noise. Pool area isn't inviting: only few chairs at the end of the pool are available."

"Good location in between 3 MRT lines, 15 minutes to River Valley, Robertson Quay, 10 minutes from Holland Village, Tangling Mall and Botanical Gardens, 5 minutes from Dempsey. Next to good class bungalows and embassies, 20 minutes to CBD. Good pool and facilities, clean and green common spaces."
