"Quiet yet very convenient. Freehold development that is very near to Dakota MRT and One KM mall. Bus stop is right in front of the condo with 3 services heading to City, Orchard and Bugis area. Able to cycle from here to Garden by the bay using park connector. Seem to have a fair bit of expat tenants and distant to Kong Hwa school is 260m. Eateries are abundant in this area and driving to city take less than 20 mins"

"A relatively small project. Very convenient as there is a few public buses that goes to CBD area. They are: Bus No.7 to Orchard, Bedok Bus No. 70 to Shenton Way Bus No. 197 to China town and Marine Parade It is near the famous Geyland where there is lots of nice local fare. "
