"The condo management and developer landlord, on behalf of a few private landlords, have conspired to push out tenants with young children and have enforced arbitrary rules to ensure kids cannot play outside. They even installed sound detection machines to monitor sound levels, which you can see in the photos. The result has been a very hostile and uncomfortable environment for families, especially foreign ones, with young children who are constantly harassed by adults (now they're scared to play outdoors). Many families have had their leases terminated or received various threats to terminate, in addition to the constant surveillance and unreasonable demands by the management office. This place is extremely family unfriendly, and I certainly wouldn't recommend foreigners with young children to live here."
