"We went there on 29th August 2021 to purchase 2 pairs of shoes. There are 2 staff serving us at the moment. While my hubby was checking the condition of the shoes, one of the staff who was holding his VIP card, keep on tapping the table using our VIP card. The sound of tapping was extremely a rude body language which portrays an impatient signal to us hinting my husband to hurry up check the shoes and make the payment. They even put the 2 pairs of shoes inside a huge bag which makes us difficult to carry! We find the 2 Filipino staffs was rude and not friendly towards us when we were chatting with them initially. The service experience was totally aloof. Meanwhile the other guy who just came out of the storeroom even greet me when I was walking past him. That make a difference."
