"I have been living in a tower apartment unit for last 3 years, our stay has been quite good, love the nature, big estate, amenities, and most of all the community here. Since estate is old there might be some problems, but upkeep is well. And thus many units are renovated periodically. Facilities are nice and kept upto date including gym which has soa machines and equipments. Proximity via public transport is amazing, buses to Orchard, Holland, MRT station is a few min walk down hill."
