"Absolutely terrible MCST 4502. Poor management handling of private carpark lease, I terminated my carpark lease with them in end 2021 but it is March 2022 and here I am, still attempting to get back my refund that is long overdue. Extremely tiring to communicate with the Alvin of this MCST, terrible management by Smart Property, now overtaken by Savills but seems to be equally inept."

"Great location being in the center of Singapore CBD. Walking distance to Telok Ayer MRT. Just across is Lau Pa Sat having great food choices including 7-11. Lots of nearby restaurants and ATMs. Magnificent view of Singapore CBD."

"Booked 6 months ahead with full payment only to find an email on the morning of our flight saying booking had been cancelled. Reason being only long term bookings were allowed although the money was happily taken in full with no mention of length of booking requirements. Very stressful situation with a family to find another hotel at short notice. Dont waste your time booking here."

"Good location, food court very near ,price reasonable. Stayed there for 3 days. Well maintained. All felcilites available, washing machine. Refrigirator, microwave, internet on the whole it was a good experience staying there."
