SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Chia Mein Mein has been appointed as head of capital markets (land & collective sale) at Knight Frank Singapore. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving the land sale and collective sale business, and she will report to Wendy Tang, group managing director of Knight Frank Singapore.
Chia has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and holds a strong track record in closing investment transactions across various asset classes. Some notable deals she has been involved with in the past included the sale of Tulip Garden, Pearl Bank Apartments and Parkway Mansion.
Prior to her new appointment, Chia worked at Delasa, Colliers International, Credo Real Estate, and the HDB.
