SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - The ground-floor commercial podium at Tedge is on the market at a guide price of over $18 million ($3,228 psf).
Tedge, a freehold mixed-use development on 328 Changi Road, includes 42 residential units, and is slated for completion by end-2022. The commercial units at the development are located on the first level, while the residential units are spread across levels two to five, with the penthouses on the attic level.
The sale offering comprises four adjoining commercial units on the ground floor - two purpose-built F&B units with kitchens, and two shop units. Altogether, the commercial podium occupies a total strata area of 5,576 sq ft.
Seven carpark lots at basement level one will be allocated to the users of the commercial units.
No additional buyer's stamp duty or seller's stamp duty will be imposed as the property for sale is approved for commercial use.
The expression of interest exercise will close on Aug 18 at 3pm.
