First million-dollar HDB in Tampines

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - The first-ever million-dollar HDB in Tampines was sold this month. A 1,657-sq ft executive maisonette located on the 10th to 12th storey at Block 856D Tampines Street 82 was sold for $1.013 million or $611 psf. The 27-year old flat is located within a 1km radius of many amenities including Tampines MRT Station, St. Hilda’s Primary and Secondary School, Our Tampines Hub and Tampines Mall. The higher price paid could be attributed to the flat’s larger size and proximity to numerous amenities.
The second highest price ever for a HDB flat in Tampines was $968,000 ($600 psf). The 35-year old, 1,615-sq ft multi-generation HDB, located at Block 460 Tampines Street 42, was transacted in May 2022.
