Frasers Property appoints new CEO of Frasers Hospitality, makes other key executive changes

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Frasers Property Group has announced changes in its leadership bench that will take effect on Feb 1. In a Jan 13 press release, the group named Eu Chin Fen as its new CEO of Frasers Hospitality. She is currently CEO of the manager of Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (FH-REIT) and the trustee-manager of Frasers Hospitality Business Trust (FH-BT). FH-REIT and FH-BT make up the Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT) stapled group.

Eu will report directly to Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, group CEO of Frasers Property. In her new appointment, she will be responsible for the group’s hospitality business unit, currently led by Sirivadhanabhakdi.

Frasers Property also announced Eric Gan, currently CFO of the manager for FH-REIT and the trustee-manager for FH-BT, will step up to succeed Eu as CEO of FH-REIT and FH-BT. He will be responsible for the overall business, investment and operational strategies of FHT, FH-REIT and FH-BT.

Meanwhile, Liu Qingbin has been appointed as the head of finance for the manager of FH-REIT and the trustee-manager for FH-BT, reporting to Eric Gan. He will be responsible for the financial and capital management of FHT, FH-REIT and FH-BT.
