Freehold residential project at Evelyn Road to launch in January 2022

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Singapore developer Victory Land will be launching a freehold residential project at 1C Evelyn Road at a guide price of $2,600 psf by January next year.

The project will yield 25 apartments with a minimum average size of 1,076 sq ft. Its first storey will be raised 10m above ground, says the developer.

The site is an eight-minute walk to Newton MRT Interchange Station. Amenities nearby include shopping malls like United Square and Velocity @ Novena Square.

The site was acquired for $18.25 million through Victory Land’s subsidiary, Evelyn.
