SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A freehold landed development comprising 21 units of three-storey strata terrace houses is up for sale by public tender at a guide price of $145 million. The properties are being marketed by Jeremy Rikas and Allen Loo, group division directors at ERA Realty.
Located at 7 to 47 Asimont Lane, off Barker Road in District 11, the properties occupy a 43,125 sq ft freehold site. The site is zoned for “residential” use within a designated landed housing area.

The houses were completed in 2015. They have a total strata floor area of approximately 111,644 sq ft, inclusive of void and PES (private enclosed space), as provided by owners of the property and subject to a site survey. The site has dual frontage along Asimont Lane and Barker Road.
ERA says the site can be redeveloped into 19 luxury terraced houses, four detached houses, eight semi-detached houses, or eight detached houses. “We envisage the new development in the Novena and Newton enclave would revitalise and elevate its existing charm, creating a beautiful green and self-sufficient luxury landed cluster that epitomises the best-in-class lifestyle work and play living environment,” adds Rikas and Loo.

The site is a few minutes from Anglo-Chinese School (Primary) and Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road). It is also within walking distance of the Newton MRT Station (Downtown and North-South Lines).
The Orchard Road belt and other amenities, such as Newton Food Centre, Novena Square, Velocity@Novena and Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Medical Centre, are a 10 to 15-minute drive away.
The tender for the property will close on June 28 at 2pm.
