A 2½-storey GCB in Dalvey Estate has been put up for sale by auction. The indicative price for the house is $30 million ($1,972 psf). It is currently tenanted at a monthly rent of $26,000, with the lease expiring in August 2017.
The GCB sits on 15,211 sq ft of freehold land with a gross floor area of about 12,500 sq ft. The home has 6+1 bedrooms and a basement. According to Edmund Tie & Co, which is marketing the property, addition and alteration works were made to it in 2011 at an estimated cost of $2 million.
The property comes with two swimming pools and two gardens. It is within walking distance of the Stevens MRT station on the Downtown Line. The auction will be held on Aug 31.
The home has 6+1 bedrooms and a basement.
