SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A ground-floor commercial unit at Bukit Timah Plaza is up for sale at a guide price of $30 million, or $1,729 psf based on the strata area.

The property has an area of 17,351 sq ft, and includes 12 carpark lots. It is currently tenanted to a wedding and catering services company, pilates school, audio retailer and an education centre.
The wedding service company transformed approximately 12,000 sq ft of the premises into two grand wedding ballrooms with a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
Bukit Timah Plaza is a mixed development comprising a four-storey retail podium and two residential blocks, called Sherwood Towers. The retail plaza comprises a mix of education centres, music schools, foreign domestic worker agencies, banking hall, F&B outlets, as well as an NTUC Finest supermarket.
It is located at the junction of Jalan Anak Bukit and Upper Bukit Timah Road, and is an eight-minute walk to Beauty World MRT Station on the Downtown Line.
