GuocoLand appoints JustCo to operate co-working space at 20 Collyer Quay

Singapore’s largest home-grown co-working operator JustCo will open its 15th shared workspace locally at 20 Collyer Quay next April. The co-working provider has been appointed by building owner GuocoLand to design and manage the three-story, 16,800 sq ft flexible work space.

Located on Fullerton Road in the Raffles Place financial precinct, JustCo says that the visibility and space dynamics of the new centre will be different from most of its existing centres. Typically, JustCo centres are located on upper office floors, but the one at 20 Collyer Quay will enjoy direct street level frontage facing Collyer Quay with sheltered access to the nearby Raffles Place MRT station. The space will feature bold and vivid colour tones, a “sprawl of greenery and tropical elements”, alongside wood flooring and furnishings.
The centre boasts spacious hot- and dedicated desk areas, bespoke suites, as well as event and collaboration spaces. JustCo says it will bring a unique tenant mix to the building which will become a strong pull factor to attract other tenants. JustCo’s community areas in the new centre, such as a café, lounge area, and event spaces, will be accessible to other tenants in the building.

The centre at 20 Collyer Quay will be JustCo’s 23rd co-working centre in Asia. The company’s expansion in Singapore and Asia comes at an “opportune time” with on-going strong demand for co-working spaces from small and medium businesses to large enterprises, which are attracted to the flexible lease terms and effective cost savings at JustCo,” says Kong Wan Sing, JustCo’s founder and CEO. “With 80% of our centres located at the gateway to Singapore’s core CBD, it opens up great opportunities for businesses to work in premium Grade-A premises”. The centre at 20 Collyer Quay has already received strong interest and pre-commitments from enterprise clients, he adds.
JustCo is also expected to open another centre at China Square Central in 4Q next year.
