HDB releases two residential sites for sale

HDB has released residential sites at Yio Chu Kang Road and Sumang Walk for sale.
The Yio Chu Kang Road site is available for sale by public tender under the Confirmed List of the Government Land Sales Programme for 2H2015. It has an area of 198,302 sq ft and a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 555,246 sq ft, which can potentially yield 520 housing units.
Separately, the Sumang Walk site has been released for application under the Reserve List. It has an area of 291,232 sq ft and a maximum GFA of 873,697 sq ft, which can yield an estimated 820 housing units.
The tender for the land parcel in Yio Chu Kang Road will close at 12 noon on February 18, 2016.
