Holland Hill Lodge launched for collective sale for $25.8 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Owners of Holland Hill Lodge have launched their development for collective sale at a guide price of $25.8 million, or $1,741 psf per plot ratio, inclusive of the additional bonus balcony space, according to SRI Capital Market, which is marketing the property.

Holland Hill Lodge comprises 11 freehold residential units in District 10, and is near the intersection of Holland Road and Farrer Road.

It occupies a residential site of 9,033 sq ft, and has a plot ratio of 1.6. Under the latest guidelines, the new development on site can potentially be redeveloped up to 15 new residential units, says SRI.

The location is served by a variety of dining and lifestyle options at Dempsey Hill and the Holland enclave. It is also within close proximity to Farrer Road MRT Station and Holland Village MRT Station.

Schools within proximity to Holland Hill Lodge include Nanyang Primary School, St Margaret’s Secondary School, and Anglo-Chinese International School.
