IOI Central Boulevard Towers certified WiredScore Platinum, bags industry awards

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - IOI Central Boulevard Towers, the Grade A office development in Marina Bay by IOI Properties Group, has achieved the WiredScore Platinum certification, the highest possible rating under WiredScore’s eponymous certification programme that assesses a building’s digital capabilities. The building is the first in the CBD to achieve the Platinum certification.

IOI Central Boulevard Towers also scored at the recent Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023-2024 when it was conferred with the highest award of Five Stars in the Best Mixed-Use Development (Singapore), Best Commercial High Rise Development (Singapore), and Best Mixed-Use Architecture (Singapore) categories.
