JLL appoints Luke Billiau as capital markets head for Australia and New Zealand

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Luke Billiau has been promoted to head of capital markets in Australia and New Zealand at JLL. He was previously head of capital markets for New South Wales (NSW) and head of office investments for Australia.

In a May 15 press release, JLL says Billiau will oversee its capital markets platform in Australia with a team of over 140 professionals. “Luke’s broad experience across various asset classes and states, diverse client relationships and proven track record of leadership and execution give us tremendous confidence in the future success of our Australian capital markets business,” says Stuart Crow, CEO of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific, at JLL.

Billiau has been with JLL since 2007. Before leading the Australian office investments team and NSW capital markets business, he was a senior director of the Queensland capital markets team and had a senior role leading the state’s valuations and advisory division at JLL.
