Live large in the most affordable jumbo flats in Singapore’s Central Region

HDB jumbo flats were created by knocking down the walls between adjacent 3- and 4- room HDB jumbo flat units in a one-off move by the Government to clear off unsold inventory in 1989.

Despite being mostly located in Woodlands, Yishun and Tampines, there are Jumbo HDB-flats located more centrally in Singapore as well. Ranging in size from 1,582 sq ft up to 2,142 sq ft, these unit types provide more affordable options for families looking to live closer to central Singapore.

1. Queenstown

Queenstown is around 20 minutes’ drive away from the Central Business District (CBD). Jumbo flats for sale currently listed on EdgeProp.sg are priced from $600,000 to $920,000.
