Lattice One is close to other eateries and shopping malls such as Shunfu Mart Food Centre, Sin Ming Plaza, and Bishan North Shopping Mall.

Straddling the mature estates of Ang Mo Kio and Bishan, Lattice One is close to several popular shopping malls. Some of the closest malls are Thomson Plaza, AMK Hub, and Junction 8 which are a few minutes’ drive from the development. For many long-time residents of the area, Thomson Plaza is a frequent go-to destination for shopping, food, and their weekly groceries. HIGH DEMAND

Lattice One was launched for sale in June last year and is more than 60% sold to date. The 48-unit development comprises a mix of two to four-bedroom unit types of 538 sq ft to 1,184 sq ft. Today, the average selling price is about $1,800 psf.

All of the two-bedroom units are fully sold and the condo has attracted both investors and owner-occupiers. Some buyers are longtime residents of the nearby Sembawang Hills landed housing estate, including empty-nesters looking to “right-size” their home.

The development has also attracted couples and young families, especially those who grew up in the neighbourhood and are looking for a new home in the Upper Thomson area.
