SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Sim Lian Group will preview its newest residential project, the 386-unit The Botany at Dairy Farm, on Saturday, Feb 18. After the two-week preview, the development is expected to launch for sale on March 4.
This 99-year leasehold development is located off Dairy Farm Road in District 23. “The Botany at Dairy Farm introduces an exclusive address within an international enclave surrounded by nature and greenery,” says Kuik Sing Beng, managing director of Sim Lian Land.

The condominium is close to Dairy Farm Nature Park and Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. The condo’s proximity to low-rise housing estates off Chestnut Drive means that residents could enjoy picturesque views of the surrounding houses or greenery. Nearby schools include CHIJ (Our Lady Queen of Peace) Primary School and Bukit Panjang Primary School.
The Botany at Dairy Farm comprises five blocks that are evenly spaced and in a north-south orientation. The unit mix ranges from one-bedroom-plus-study units to five-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 506 to 1,765 sq ft.
The developer intends to price the one-bedroom-plus-study units from $998,000 ($1,972 psf); two-bedroom units from $1.2 million ($1,990 psf); and three-bedders from $1.73 million ($1,959 psf). The four-bedroom units are expected to be priced from $2.39 million ($1,882 psf) and the five-bedroom units from $2.88 million ($1,871 psf).
Sim Lian says that the project is targeted to receive its temporary occupation permit (TOP) by 2027.
