No award of government industrial site at Woodlands Industrial Estate

JTC has announced that the sole bid for a 94,990 sq ft industrial site at Woodlands Industrial Park E7/E8 has not been accepted as the price offered was below the reserve price.

The public tender for the industrial plot was launched in November last year and closed on Jan 21. The site is zoned for 'business 2' use and has a 20-year tenure.
