SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - An entire office strata floor at Suntec Tower 2, above Level 30, is on the market for $37.5 million, or $3,050 psf on strata area.

It spans an area of 12,281 sq ft, and is currently fully leased.

Suntec City comprises a convention and exhibition centre, four 45-storey and one 18-storey Grade-A office towers, a shopping and entertainment mall, and over 3,200 carpark lots.

Both locals and foreigners are eligible to purchase the property, which is zoned for commercial use. There will be no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty imposed on the purchase.

The expression of interest exercise will close on June 3, at 3pm.
