SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group and Santarli Realty will preview Altura, an executive condominium (EC) located at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8, on July 22. It is the first new EC in Bukit Batok since 2001, the developers say in a joint press release.
“As the first EC in Bukit Batok in 20 years, Altura will serve as an ideal option for many young families who are looking for an elevated living experience at an attractive price point,” remarks Yen Chong, deputy general manager of Qingjian Realty.

E-applications for the development will be open from July 22 to July 31 from 10am to 7pm, while bookings will be on August 5. Prices for the units will be released ahead of balloting day on August 2.

Altura has 360 units comprising three-, four- and five-bedders ranging from 980 sq ft to 1,711 sq ft. All units include a study corner. Each residence will feature appliances and fittings from Bosch, Hansgrohe, Roca and Franke.
Facilities at the development include a 50m pool, a tennis court, function rooms, a “Reading Club” that can be used by residents to work and study, and a gym, among others.
In terms of sustainability, the development has been awarded the BCA Green Mark Gold. Eco-friendly features at Altura include rooftop solar panels, energy-efficient air-conditioning and lift systems, as well as sanitary fittings designed to reduce water wastage.
Altura is within walking distance of Le Quest Mall. It is also located within 1km of the upcoming Anglo-Chinese School Primary, which will relocated from Barker Road to Tengah from 2030.
Qingjian Realty and Santarli Realty were awarded the EC site on Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 in March 2022, after they submitted the top bid of $266 million or $662 psf per plot ratio, the highest land rate paid for an EC site.
