Nicholas Wilson has been appointed as senior director for strategic research and advisory for capital markets, Asia Pacific (Apac), at Savills. He will be based in Singapore, reporting to Neil Brookes, Savills’ head of capital markets, Apac.
According to the firm, Wilson will combine market research with transaction execution in this newly created role. By utilising Savills’ proprietary transaction data, Wilson will provide bespoke insights for clients and support the capital deployment strategies of the region’s institutional investors and private capital.
“His appointment allows us to better bridge the gap between intelligence and capital deployment, ensuring our clients have access to the most rigorous, actionable advice available,” says Brookes.
