Signature at Yishun open for applications on polling day

Signature at Yishun, an executive condo project by JBE Holdings, will open for E-Applications on September 11. This is the third EC project in Yishun and the first in the area since 2012. The units will be priced at $750 psf on average, according to market sources. This will be the cheapest EC development launched so far this year based on the indicative price.

Pricing details will be released two days prior the commencement of its sales booking on September 26. JBE Holdings was awarded the site in May 2014 for $184,130,000 or $335 psf ppr.
Signature at Yishun is located at Yishun Street 51/Yishun Avenue bounded by the Lower Seletar Reservoir and the Orchid Country Club. It offers 525 homes comprising mostly 3- and 4-bedroom units. There are also 2-bedroom units measuring 764 and 775 sq ft in size.
Residents of 3- and 4- bedroom premium units will get to enjoy the lush panorama of Singapore’s northern coastline. The development features a 50m Lap Pool, Water Jets Playground, and Hydrotherapy Alcove. Yishun will soon be served by the future Thomson-East Coast MRT Line and a new highway, North-South Expressway. There will be also an upcoming shopping mall, Northpoint City.

This is the first EC development to be launched following the raise in income ceiling hike for EC buyers from $12,000 to $14,000 on August 15. Two other EC projects are slated to be launched this year - The Criterion next to Signature at Yishun and and Parc Life in Sembawang.
The E-Applications for Signature at Yishun will close on September 20.
