ST Residences opens 20-unit rental development in Balestier

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - ST Residences, a local hospitality operator, has opened a new fully serviced rental residential development at 12 Kim Keat Road in Balestier.
ST Residences is a brand that is run by ST Hospitality, a subsidiary of Catalist-listed F&B operator Katrina Group. ST Hospitality, previously known as Straits Organization, was established in 2017 and operates serviced apartments, serviced condominium rentals, and co-living hotels in Singapore.
The new serviced residential development in Balestier is called ST Residences Balestier and consists of 20 units. According to a press release by ST Residences, the development will offer “executive and studio serviced units to one-bedders”.

The company says that each unit is fully furnished and is equipped with an open-concept kitchenette, an en suite bathroom, and queen-sized bed. Other fittings include a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a smart TV. Each room will also have access to Wi-Fi and weekly housekeeping, says ST Residences.
A minimum stay of three months applies to each unit, and guests will also have complimentary access to the swimming pool and indoor gym at ST Residences Novena at 145A Moulmein Road.
