SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Select strata office units at Southpoint, an office building located at 200 Cantonment Road, have been sold for $32.68 million. The units sold span over 10,893 sq ft, which means the sale price works out to $3,000 psf.
This marks a record high in terms of psf prices transacted at Southpoint, notes Yap Hui Yee, executive director, investment sales & capital markets at Savills Singapore, who brokered the deal. She had also previously brokered the sale of two floors at Southpoint in 2019. The offices, located on the 10th and 11th floors, sold for $2,444 psf.
“It’s a strong testament that with Savills’ unparalleled local market knowledge, we are able to advise our clients to achieve the highest price and best exit strategy for their acquisition,” Yap comments.

The most recent transaction at Southpoint was in December 2022, when a strata office unit on the 12th floor sold for $43 million ($2,681 psf) (Source: EdgeProp Research)
Southpoint is a 16-storey office freehold commercial building located near the up-and-coming Greater Southern Waterfront precinct in District 2. It is situated within walking distance of the Tanjong Pagar and Outram MRT Stations. It is also close to the upcoming Cantonment MRT Station.
