Terra Hill clocks in 5,000 visitors on preview weekend

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - From noon last Friday, Feb 10, to 6 pm on Sunday, Feb 12, the Terra Hill sales gallery drew a crowd of about 5,000, according to joint developers Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments.
The 270-unit Terra Hill private condominium is located on Yew Siang Road, off Pasir Panjang Road in District 5. It is within a five-minute walk of the Pasir Panjang MRT station on the Circle Line. The freehold project is a redevelopment of the former Flynn Park condo, which Hoi Hup and Sunway had jointly purchased for $371 million in September 2021.
“We feel that this is a unique product, being the first freehold launch for the year,” says Koon Wai Leong, general manager of Hoi Hup Realty. “Being within 350m from MRT station and next to the Greater Southern Waterfront also makes it something that most home buyers will want to come and find out more about.”

Terra Hill is a high-end condominium with two different tiers: the Signature Collection, with 240 units spanning six blocks and the Prestige Collection, with 30 units across three blocks.
At the Signature Collection, two-bedroom units start from 624 sq ft, three-bedroom from 904 sq ft, and four-bedroom from 1,302 sq ft. Penthouses range from 840 sq ft for a two-bedroom, 1,335 sq ft for a three-bedroom, 1,539 sq ft for a four-bedroom and 2,120 sq ft for a five-bedroom.
The Prestige Collection, located on the site's highest point, has 24 identical four-bedroom units of 1,894 sq ft and six 5-bedroom penthouses of 3,035 sq ft.

Prices of the units in the Signature Collection start from above $1.5 million for a two-bedroom, $2.3 million for a three-bedroom, and $3.4 million for a four-bedroom. The price of the four-bedroom units in the Prestige Collection is upwards of $5 million.
