SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A three-bedroom unit at SkySuites@Anson, located at Enggor Street in Tanjong Pagar, is on the market at a price tag of $3.38 million (or $3,340 psf).
The 1,012 sq ft apartment is located on the 69th floor of the 71-storey condominium tower and offers 270-degree views of the upcoming Greater Southern Waterfront and the CBD. Renovation works, which took one and a half years, were completed in January, according to Aric Lim, group division director of Huttons, who is the exclusive marketing agent for the unit. He says the price tag of $3.38 million will include the furnishing. The three-bedroom unit has an open-concept kitchen and living room that opens to a balcony where the owner can enjoy unblocked views of Sentosa and the sea. The 360-unit SkySuites@Anson was developed by Allgreen Properties and completed in 2015.
SkySuites@Anson is well located within the CBD, with the Tanjong Pagar MRT Station just a short walk away. It is also within walking distance of the upcoming Prince Edward MRT Station on the Circle Line, just 200m away.
“The Tanjong Pagar area will be transformed into a major gateway to the Greater Southern Waterfront,” says Lim. “By buying early, the new owner can reap the benefits of future growth in the area.”
