At ERA Realty Network’s New Launch Showcase, eight experienced leaders are ready and waiting to give you expert tips and exclusive insights into eight of the hottest residential and commercial properties available today.

Spanning two days from March 25 to 26, this free online showcase will cover a broad spectrum of new condo projects, from the large-scale 638-unit Tembusu Grand and 816- unit, freehold The Continuum in the east, to the smaller-scale offerings such as the 275-unit Blossoms by the Park at one-north and the 105- unit The Arden in Bukit Panjang.

Other properties showcased are the 246-unit, freehold Newport Residences (former FujiXerox Towers); the 732-unit The Reserve Residences at Jalan Anak Bukit; the 598-unit Lentor Hills Residences and the 10-storey industrial complex, CT FoodNex.

Save for The Continuum and Newport Residences — both freehold condos – the rest of the residential offerings are on 99-year leasehold sites. CT FoodNex is also on freehold land.

Tembusu Grand, in District 15, is a joint-venture (JV) project between two property giants, City Developments Limited (CDL) and MCL Land. The Continuum, also in District 15, is by long-time joint-venture partners Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments. Blossoms by the Park, in District 5, is a project by EL Development; and The Arden, a redevelopment of the former Phoenix Road shophouses in District 23, is by Qingjian Realty.

Newport Residences by CDL is in the prime CBD area of District 2 and is a redevelopment of the former Fuji Xerox Towers on Anson Road. The Reserve Residences, in the Upper Bukit Timah area of District 21, is a partnership between Far East Organization and its Hong Kong sister company, Sino Group. Lentor Hills Residences, in the up-and-coming Lentor Hills estate of District 26, is developed by a consortium comprising GuocoLand, Hong Leong Holdings and TID.

Upgrading, investment opportunities, and more

In addition to taking a closer look at these properties and their surrounding areas, ERA’s leaders have prepared a list of commonly-discussed topics. These include government rejuvenation plans, the resilience of freehold properties in a downturn, and assessing rental opportunities.

Those looking to add commercial properties to their overall property portfolio should attend the 1pm session on March 26, where ERA senior group division director Daniel Phua will review the merits of businesses owning a property rather than renting, and essential factors related to buying industrial property in Singapore.

ERA’s Deputy CEO Doris Ong will kick off each of the two-day sessions with an overview of the kaleidoscope of properties to be featured, including the highlights of each.
