Buyers and tenants are attracted to District 7, which consists of Beach Road, Bugis, the Golden Mile, Middle Road and Rochor areas. Home buyers looking for Bugis properties can choose from a small selection of HDB flats off Middle Road, at Bras Basah Complex and at Rochor Centre. Shopping and dining options abound in District 7, with many malls in the area including Bugis Junction and Bugis+. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Collect U.S.E gift at Textile center, drop off at Lavender M.R.T and take bus number : 961 Infront of Sultan plaza to go back to Woodlands home. Quite far but convenient."
