"7 Claymore is a freehold property. It is located within a mature, established and highly affluent neighbourhood which is also much sought after. 7 Claymore is within walking distances to many conveniences around it with Orchard Road shopping strip a stones away. 7 Claymore is extremely low-density with only 77 units. Facilities at 7 Claymore include swimming pool, jacuzzi, covered parking, 24 hours security and gym."
