"Horribly managed condo !!!! Cockroaches cockroaches and cockroaches Dont be fooled by the exterior appreance or the fact that it has been built only quite some yrs ago Based on my personal experiences 1. The main entrance where you tap access card did not work so I couldnt get out from the condo. Had to call this condo mgmt and they didnt even pick it up for looooong time So fortunately other tenant opened car entrance / main gate so i could get out from the condo 2. I have seen the largest cockroach in singapore in this condo trash chute. And it was the highest floor. And guess what There are more from water pipe or sth that i saw cockroach in my bathroom at night. Also i saw not just small normal size cockroaches coming in my unit from outside. But also that gigantic black cockroach entering my unit via my unit door from outside. 3. Slowest elevator ever. Horribly managed condo DONT BE FOOOLED"
