"I am giving this hotel 5 star rating as the hotel is very neat and clean. Very close to bus stand. The IBIS room which I stayed has one double bed and one single bed. Complimentary water bottle was big thumbs up. View from Room window was amazing. The value proposition of this hotel for my 2 days stay was excellent. Though room was small but due to renovation, the space utilisation was superb. Washroom was very clean and hygienic. Slight disturbance for family is the bars across the road which can be ignored most of the time. The room which is got was part of the red hot deal in accor hotels and got big discount. If you are travelling in tight budget than this is fine option, else Singapore has so many hotels if budget is not a issue. S"

"Great little hotel for an overnighter or more. Accommodating prices & attentive staff. A/C works well in the room and everything was clean. The bar fridge with comp. tea/coffee/water was a handy addition too. Highly recommended if youre passing through Singapore. Theres a sweet cafe down the road for breakfast too. Just ask the concierge :)"

"The place is very clean and comfortable so we decided to book again. To my surprise, I was charged with one night's room charge prior to my checking in, which I am fine with. Next, they told me that on the day of check-in, I have to pay full hotel charge of 3D2N stay and the money that was charged to my card will be used as a deposit. The deposit will be refunded on the day of my checking out but the money will only be credited to my bank in 2-4 weeks. This is when I felt that there are double standards, this was not so during my first visit and in fact, I think this regulation is ridiculous. Why should I wait for so long to get my deposit back"

"Very clean Ibis hotel. Location is convenient to the airport. Price is excellent, but unfortunately I couldn't get hot water in the shower. Oh well."
